Who leads Whoever runs the organisation's accounts Name

Use it when

you're taking stock of who controls your accounts, or someone is joining or leaving.

Who has access

Everyone has their own access, through their own login, not one shared password.
Two people with full control of the Facebook Page, never just one.
Two super admins on LinkedIn, and content admin for whoever posts.

Two-factor with an app or a key, and the backup codes saved.
Recovery email and phone current, and the organisation’s.
Signed-in devices and recent logins checked for anything you don’t recognise.
Messages “from Meta” checked in the account’s own settings, never through the link.
Someone agreed to step in if the main person is away.

Take care: If an account is suspended after a wave of reports, appeal, and ask a helpline if the appeal stalls.
