Your first month
- Get a quick picture. Take SIIRF’s Readiness Assessment: 32 short questions across eight areas.
- Lock the main doors. A password manager for everyone, and two-factor, starting with email.
- Learn the tricks. Go through the signs of phishing and the payment rule with the team.
- Keep copies. Set up backups, so a lost phone or locked files don’t take your work with them.
- Plan for a bad day. Write down who does what when something goes wrong.
