Who leads Whoever looks after digital security Name
Use it when

you're turning on two-factor across the team, or checking nobody can be locked out.

Where to start

  1. Email first. Most services reset passwords through it.
  2. The account that backs up your phone: Apple, Google or Microsoft.
  3. Your password manager, if it keeps passwords online.
  4. Social media and messaging, then money, files and the rest.

Use the strongest kind each account offers

So nobody gets locked out

Notes

Take care: Never read out a code to a caller. Whoever asks for it is the attacker.
